Hick’ry Stick has been a family owned and operated business since 1995. However, it was founders’, Ron and Mary Foster’s, love of homemade food and passion for smoked meats that turned this backyard hobby into a successful catering company.
From award winning hickory smoked pulled pork, to smoked prime rib, or smoked salmon, Hick’ry Stick specializes in hickory smoked meat for every occasion. Our smoked meats are complemented with a wide variety of fresh and homemade hors d’oeuvres, salads, sides, and desserts.
