We started Hick’ry Stick Catering in the kitchen at (our) the Foster’s home and catered customers throughout the Greater Peoria area. In August 2010, we opened a carryout and café location on McClure Avenue. In July 2011, we opened a beautiful restaurant and banquet hall in Elmwood, IL.
