In 1998, Hick’ry Stick expanded to vendoring at local events. In the past two years we have added our 32 foot concession trailer. Fan favorites such as porky and beefy fries, pulled pork & beef brisket sandwiches, rib bites, and peach cobbler are offered at most events.
